This chakra is known as the brow chakra or ‘third eye’ center. The third eye is the seat of vision and dreaming. It influences the areas of our mind that control our common sense, wisdom, intelligence, memory retention, dreams, spirituality and intuition. It's main function is the center of inner vision. This chakra is the place of intuition and soul knowledge. As such it opens our psychic and spiritual awareness.

When in balance it allows us to have insight and knowledge. It teaches us the power of the mind to help us dream big and create our desired reality.
