Join us for an evening of guided meditation, essential oils and Reiki.

we will be going over the Sacral Chakra and supporting Essential oils.
We will then follow with a guided meditation to relax and calm the mind and body from all the stress of the day. There will be soft music playing in the back ground as you relax, and you will get to experience and hold a Citrine crystal during your meditation. Each person will get a mini - individual reiki experience while seated in a chair. Wear comfortable clothing.
