Join us for an evening of guided meditation, essentisl oils and Reiki.

We will be taking a journey at the root chakra and all that we can do to support it.   To find more information  click on  root chakra .  We will follow with a guided meditation to relax and calm the mind and body from all the stress of the day. There will be soft music playing in the back ground as you relax, and  you will get to experience and hold blessed crystals during your meditation.   Each person will get an mini - individual reiki experience while seated in a chair. Wear comfortable clothing.
