Water is equivalent to life. The Water Element is the resource for life on all levels of the body, mind and spirit. The bladder and the kidneys are the Water Element. The kidneys are the depth of the soul and the will power to survive. The bladder contains the water energy creating boundaries to enable the reserves. The bones, teeth, hair, hormones, fear, anxiety, peace, reflection and wisdom are a part of this element. This element needs to be protected yet it is often the most depleted element. Please drink more water, rest and save your reserves for the essence, soul and vitality of your being.
