Pauline is nationally certified in Acupuncture by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Certification involves passing a 2-day exam, graduation from an accredited institution (AFEA) & Clean Needle Technique Certification (CNT). She is also a Licensed Acupuncture Physician in the State of Florida.

Clinical experience was done at the well-known drug addiction treatment center affiliated with Lincoln Memorial Hospital in the Bronx which has now sadly closed.
